El Ghali Cherrat is vision venture’s managing partner and Investment manager. Prior to his current role, he was a senior advisor of the Province of Flevoland in the Netherlands, specializing in projects related to the labor market.
From 2005 and onwards, he has assisted the management board of Scarlet company within his specialization areas such as financial analysis and reporting as well as business development. He started his career as an executive account manager at ING group.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the Hoge Economische School based in Amsterdam.
Mohammed Al Amad is vision venture’s managing partner and chief financial officer. he is a field expert with 12+ years of diverse experience in administration and financial management in the IT and trading sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Teshreen University. In addition to earning a certified management accountant (CMA) degree from the institute of certified management accountants of USA.
Haitham Buaisha is a founding partner and CEO of “Sahara Net” since its establishment in 1989. He is also a founding partner of “Vision Ventures”. He served as the general manager at “Al-Nawras for Trade and Industry” (1988 – 2000). He was also appointed as the chairman of the Communications and IT Committee at the Eastern Region’s Chamber and several other chamber committees.
Guiding startups to grow and achieve their goals is his passion.
He studied MIS at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).

Additionally, he was a member of the coordination committee for MENOG (2010 -2016), a member of “The Programs Committee” (2009 – 2010), and a senior member of the “Communications and IT Committee” at Eastern Region’s Chamber. He held the position of group leader in “Saudi Aramco” (1994 – 1999).

Ahmed Osman is the head of products at CirclePay. He has diverse experience in building and managing products at startups and multinational companies. His latest experience was in Rakuten Japan as a product manager for their public API for the international market. He is also an entrepreneur in residence at Vision Ventures.
He holds a computer science degree along with an MBA from the International University of Japan.
Basma Altwejri is a creative strategist by passion and a business development specialist by profession. Her experience includes various roles in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors. Entities such as King Khalid Foundation, Savills, JLL, and Alf Khair.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Alfaisal University. In addition to receiving a certification from the oxford entrepreneurial leadership program at Mansfield college.
Fahad Alrasheed took part in building a disruptive FinTech startup titled “Tammawal” which was backed by 500 Global. Then he joined “HSBC” Investment Banking Advisory, where he participated in several M&A, IPO, and rights issue deals.
He later joined “Vision Ventures” as a link between his two previous roles – investing in startup founders to help them achieve a superb exit.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Prince Sultan University.
Abdullah Al-Essa analyzes potential investment opportunities in his current role, and he also searches for hidden gems within the space. He additionally specializes in software development by transforming board games into online board games utilizing Java.
